Wa....today in the morning go scouts....first thing go there just walking around poking things....then afterwards fall in.Then afterwards go to field do some warm-up excercises...when it came to the duck-walking and frog jumping part i just continue running hahah....coz me knee pain... =))....haha....then went to tt PT ground to do PT...sprained my neck siax....walaox...tt pull-up thingi...i exerted too much strength on the pole liaox...also dunno how the tension reach my neck...lolx..then afterwards pioneering...couldn't climb...(aww)coz me neck realli dam pain...so......i stayed below and threw ropes up....hahas...then got free time...i play basketball..coz my neck beta liao...dunno why play games then so fast heal...heeh....then it was raining so heavily i look like i fell into water...then after the activity saw sok shin....haha...then walk back home...Almost left my hp in the bus...the scouts PT shorts the pocket so....nvm.....gtg le bais!!
