Woots woke up early at like 9 to go SWIMMING.
Haha like first time in 5 years ok. (getting thrown into the sea and swimming out not counted)
Spent most of the time fooling arnd in the deep pool sinking to the bottom, sitting there...then float up to get air..then go down again..haha..very fun. =.=

Then after that we(my family) walked past this Ecoparadise thing. This 'sauna' specialises in Anti Oxidant usage la. Then they had these plates with bread, cheese and egg on it inside on the display. They date back to 18th Feb and THEY havent had mould or anything on them yet. So basically Anti Oxidants retard aging, helps the immunity system and promotes blood circulation?.Then they had this microscope to look at my capillaries at my fingernail area there. Apparently she said my capillaries look normal but some were DEFORMED due to malnutrition. Ohhhkkayy so i drink more water eat more fruits and vege? Standard de lol. So because my mom was kinda interested in it and my dad has been having this cold so we went in to try out. So i slept on this 40degreecelsius ceramic tile for 40mins. I dont feel much different after coming out though...heart beat faster? i think its cos of the blood faster thingi..haha...must be..cos i dun see any pretty girls arnd i just see Aunties HAHA.

After that i just slacked at home all day lor
