Yesterday was a special day, not only for the person we planned it for, but also for us as a class.

Arrived at the block Fion stays in at around 6 plus and we went to the carpark's rooftop to check out the surroundings.
Wind was strong, environment was wet wet WET.
No candle can survive such conditions hahaha.

Therefore, we decided, to do our 'surprise' at the void deck!
We managed to find a...well...relatively enclosed spot, near the letter boxes.
And proceeded on with our formation of the candles.

Suddenly, the lights of the void deck came up.
Super wet blanket.
However, utilizing all the free resources left by the residents (Thrown away stuff. I guess some family is clearing their house)
We managed to

1)Stand on a sofa
2)Unscrew the florescent lamps

Yess and we proceeded on to unscrew even MORE lamps. Cos they were interfering with the effect haha. We also had coloured crepe paper which people threw away, and we wrapped the blue ones around the lamps at the lift lobby, and created an Under The Sea effect. hha!
We're SO good at Scavenging.

It was a ardous process of lighting up the candles, but we were spurred on by the constant unveiling of our effort before us.


Anddd eventually. It was done! But winds really affected the final product.


Fion was askedd to come down, made to think only purdey wanted to see her. We hid behind the walls, and i thought we were supposed to let her walk into her surprise and then we jump out. But however, the minute she came out of the lift we shouted a happy birthday song at her AHAH. Reactions?

1)Soft screeches
2)Pacing around like a wandering ghost
3)Ruffling of hair
4)Saying we're crazy

hahaha but i guess it ended well hahaa. The effect was great
Hahaa that part blocked with umbrellas and sofas was where the wind was coming from, blew away the PY of the HAPPY. Tr03 !
