Okay i've been hearing about this competition again and again through the Radio and bloggers around Singapore. It's Starhub's Love Tail competition and you can view it right here!



So yeah basically it's about Starhub's mascot dog, Sparky (Yes that dog that ate the ringing phone a few years ago in their commercials) who spotted this pretty Poodle somewhere in Singapore and he really wants to find her cos it was love at first sight. So yeah this is actually quite a genius marketing technique Starhub has come up with. They even have an app that you can download to play a game to solve clues that bring you closer to the Grand Prize S$10,000.

I woke up at 5am to join this 'amazing race' style competition.

Correction, I never woke up. I didn't sleep at all.

Honestly, I cant consider myself excited for this or anything. Its just that for some crazy reason, when I was doing research to solve clues for this comp adrenaline got into my system. It's that hormone that makes you more alert than usual, perform better than usual, etc. It's the WORSE thing to have when you're trying to sleep.

I don't know bout the rest, but I ALWAYS get it the day before i'm going overseas. Probably cos i'm excited. But not for this competition -.-

So this race for me was quite a failure for me honestly. I went alone (yeah, couldnt find people cos its so last minute) and I kept going to the wrong places. (Some were my fault)

I mean, at one point I was at Resorts World Sentosa. Wtf moment for me seriously.

But in the end I did complete the race and got some goodie bags and other consolation stuff.

Anyway, I'll post some of the clues here, and you can try to see if you can solve it :) you need to think of PLACES in Singapore. Most/All of them in the town area (Realised after awhile)

Clue #1
Somewhere between a rock and the edge of emptiness, our bulldog lady walks. (Bulldog lady is just a character in this game)

Clue #2
Our street artist is in a small park drawing a sketch of a big park.

Clue #3
Skill is not required to find where our game store owner is. Ready, on two, go!

Clue #4
Good news, the poodle's escaped.
